checked against whether they scanned in as a volunteer on each Sunday in the window.

Click a team to see who is on it. Roster counts de-duplicate shift teams —
all three Hosts shifts hold the same people, so they count once. Teams under 10 people sort to the
bottom and are flagged: their percentage swings several points on one person.
Reading this without getting it wrong
Serving is a check-in scan, not a confirmed request. A team that scans loosely reads low.
This is a different question from the one the Serve Requests board answers — that one measures whether people
replied.
If the Sunday rate looks bad but “served at least once” looks normal, suspect the kiosk.
Those two columns disagreeing is what a scanning problem looks like, not a commitment problem. Worth a word with the
team lead before anything else.
A team that only runs some Sundays still gets divided by all of them. Baptism is the clearest
case — it reads low for doing exactly its job.
Don't halve for a rotation. If a team is built to serve every other Sunday, the whole team
was never expected on any one Sunday. The denominator is who was asked that week.
Core means someone serves more Sundays than not — better than every other week.
A person on two teams counts in both, so the team rows add up to more than the headline roster.
