How much of each serve team roster actually shows up. Everyone listed on a team in Planning Center, checked against whether they scanned in as a volunteer on each Sunday in the window.

Click a team to see who is on it. Roster counts de-duplicate shift teams — all three Hosts shifts hold the same people, so they count once. Teams under 10 people sort to the bottom and are flagged: their percentage swings several points on one person.

Each cell is the share of the team's roster that scanned in as a volunteer at least once that month, or at least twice with the "Counts as serving" switch. A person who serves four Sundays in a month counts once either way. Hover a cell for the people count. On the twice-a-month bar, a month with three counted Sundays is a much harder test than one with five. The current month is partial until its last Sunday lands (dashed), and the Sunday count under each month matters: five-Sunday months run a few points higher than four-Sunday ones. Cells marked * use today's roster. Planning Center keeps no roster history, so the report started keeping its own on 15 Sep 2026; months from then on are divided by the roster as it stood that month, and earlier months by the people on the team now.

Where volunteers actually scanned, taken from the room and service on the badge rather than from who was scheduled. A slot is one person at one service, so a volunteer who covers all three Dallas services contributes three slots from a single scan — which is why Slots is larger than Scans. The service marked in colour is that location's most-served one. This view is every campus at once on purpose: a volunteer rostered at one campus turning up at another is the thing it exists to show.
